What you need to do
- Responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians.
- Meet and greet customers and provide assistance for their service needs by determining and diagnosing vehicle based on customer description and address the requirement through the available resources in the workshop.
- Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance and advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
- Ensure the parts requirement is communicated to the parts department to ensure parts availability for the completion of all repairs.
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs.
What you need
- 2 years of combined experience with Aftersales customer care.
- Bachelor's degree in automotive or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better and faster solutions.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
