Executive Assistant to the Director
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Contract: Part-Time (Monday–Thursday, 10am–3pm)

Engliture, a dynamic and growing tuition centre, is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to support our Director and help deliver an outstanding experience for our students, families, and tutors.
About the Role:
This is a remote, part-time role – ideal if you want meaningful work that fits around your life. You’ll work 10am–3pm, Monday to Thursday, becoming the Director’s trusted right hand and ensuring our virtual operations run seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the Director’s diary, scheduling meetings, and keeping things on track
- Handling emails, calls and messages – always friendly and professional
- Organising online lesson timetables, staff meetings, and virtual events
- Keeping confidential student and staff records organised and up to date
- Supporting day-to-day admin tasks with efficiency and initiative
- Bringing fresh ideas and a positive energy to help Engliture grow
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptionally organised and detail-focused – you love a well-managed calendar
- A clear, confident communicator, both written and spoken
- Experienced in a PA, EA or senior admin role (bonus if you know the education or tuition world)
- Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy – confident with Microsoft Office, online systems and remote working tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated – you’re great at working independently and as part of a remote team
