Job Vacancy at GTB Steel Corporation (Private) Limited – ASMs/ RSMs
GTB Steel Corporation (Private) Limited is seeking to recruit a ASMs/RSMs. He should have passed GCE O/L, willingness to travel as needed, and need to possess a valid driving license, proven experience as an ASM/RSM minimum 3 years or in a similar sales role preferably in the steel/construction industry would be an added advantage. Should have excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills, Age should be below 40 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve given monthly and annual sales budgets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts for management insights.
