WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN
ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER—SUPPLY CHAIN—THALAWATHUGODA (CONTRACT BASIS)
JOB PROFILE
- Develop and execute procurement plans in alignment with project timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
- Identify, Evaluate and Negotiate with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of medical equipment and services in line with overall project deadline.
- Monitor procurement performance to manage costs, reduce minimize deviations and proactively mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contract terms and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain active communication with project management teams and internal departments to achieve smooth operations and prevent delays.
The selected candidate will be offered a 03 year contract with the potential for further extensions, ensuring long term growth and opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain/procurement. Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry and project management will be an added advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen, project procurement, negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement methods and costing practices.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Detail oriented, self motivated and able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
