Head Office (Palawatte)
POSITION: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Blackpool Resort & Spa, a leading 4-star hotel in Nuwara Eliya, is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to be based at our Head Office in Palawatte.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational requirements between the head office and hotel
- Liaise with suppliers, travel agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist in planning and executing hotel packages, promotions, and bookings
- Monitor inventory levels and operational supplies
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support administrative tasks related to reservations
- Assist in maintaining high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role
- Background in travel and tourism is preferred
- Exposure to ticketing or a ticketing course is an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
