ASSISTANT MANAGER – AUDIT AND ASSURANCE

We are currently looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our audit and assurance service line for the opening of an Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct and manage audit and assurance engagements in accordance with the accounting and auditing standards
  • Engage in conducting training and staff development activities

Requirements:

  • Associate Member / Passed Finalists / Finalists of CA Sri Lanka or ACCA
  • Minimum 3 years work experience
  • Excellent knowledge in accounting and auditing standards
  • Experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff members
  • Ability to meet strict time targets / reporting deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
