Job Profile

• Achieve revenue and profit targets for the store.
• Ensure that excellent customer service standards are maintained.
• Independently lead a motivated team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Maintain shop merchandising standards and display all products.
• Train shop assistants on product knowledge and customer handling.
• Inspect all areas of the store and proactively resolve any issues.

Personal Profile

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role ideally in the Consumer Durable Retailing Industry.
• Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
• Possess effective leadership & team management skills.
• Effective Communication skills.
• Strong extra-curricular activity record.
• Overseas Retail experience will be an added advantage.
