Executive-Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate the causes for defects related to quality of the final product and operational process.
• Device procedures to inspect and report those issues by continuous monitoring of the whole production line.
• Responsible for the reliability and consistency of the production by checking the production processes and final output.
• Checking the quality of the raw materials and other components involved in the production process.
• Update and maintain quality reports and other documents relevant to quality department accurately and timely.
• Supervise the quality department members with close coordination.
• Carry out self inspections and monitor the compliance with the action plans involved in the plant.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a quality department or any similar position with basic academic qualifications.
• Higher level of commitment and integrity.
• Good communication, team work and computer skills.
• Experience in Rubber Industry would be an added advantage.
