We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and performance-oriented individual in the following post to join our team.

PLANT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and professionally qualified Plant Manager to be based at our site in Kalutara.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bsc. in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ post qualifying experience in a crusher plant. (C1 License)
• Sales Knowledge (Preferably having Diploma in Business or Sales Marketing field)
• Highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.
• Excellent managerial, organizing, planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initially based at Kalutara - Thembuwana
• Age below 50 years
