We’re Looking For

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCE

We are seeking young, energetic individuals to join our team at the Human Resources Department.

RESPONSIBILITY/ DELIVERABLE

  • Participate in the recruitment and retention process for competent and talented personnel.
  • Identify training and development needs in collaboration with department heads and ensure their fulfilment.
  • Assisting HOD in ensuring compliance to laws and regulations, accurate and timely support for finalizing below staff payroll and statutory payments.
  • Assisting HOD to install a high performance work culture through employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES

  • A degree or professional qualification in HR.
  • Minimum two years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Male candidate would be preferred.
