TRAINING MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or learning and development function, ideally within the hospitality or leisure industry
- Certifications in Training - CHE, CHT or similar from a recognised institute
- Familiarity with various training technologies, such as learning management systems, virtual training platforms and e-learning tools
- A thorough understanding of the principles and practices of team members’ training and development.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programmes and present to an audience
- Strong project management and process management, analytical and strategic thinking/decision making
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
