System Support Associate

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy System Support Associate to join our dynamic IT team. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy problem-solving, this is the role for you!

The Role

A System Support Associate provides technical support and ensures the stability, reliability, and security of IT systems within an organization. The role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining system performance, and assisting users in resolving system-related concerns.

The Profile

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Proven experience as an IT help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security concepts is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including morning, nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or service desk roles
