Customer Services Coordinator (Female)
Location: No. 90, Galle Road, Colombo 03
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Workplace: Reception Desk, Apartment Lobby Level 1, West Tower (Seylan Towers)
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to tenant queries and provide administrative support with courtesy and professionalism.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with relevant departments.
- Monitor visitors, maintain security protocols, and report any unusual activities.
- Liaise with property brokers for marketing of vacant apartments.
- Oversee and ensure high standards of housekeeping in common areas and vacant units.
- Assist in organizing company events and maintaining customer service records.
Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates only
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or real estate coordination is preferred
