ASSOCIATE - HR (TALENT MANAGEMENT)

YOU WILL,

  • Be accountable on end to end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
  • Update Talent Acquisition related data bases on a timely manner.
  • Assist on updating HR portal with related information.
  • Support L&D vertical while coordinating training programs.
  • Update the training data base and follow up related payments with Finance.
  • Maintain online platforms in a timely manner.

ARE YOU ?

  • Graduate or final year undergraduate in Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or Management.
  • Minimum 06 months of experience working in the field of HR.
  • Independent and works with minimum supervision.
  • A genius in MS Excel and other MS applications.
  • A good team player & communicator.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
