Position:

Executive - Work Study

We are seeking a results-driven Work Study Executive to analyze and improve productivity across operations. The ideal candidate will support process evaluations, monitor efficiency metrics, and suggest practical improvements to optimize plant performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can gain hands-on experience and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing work steps to optimize efficiency and standardize operator timings
• Evaluating production constraints and balancing output across lines
• Identifying non-value-adding delays and reducing waste
• Monitor resource consumption, wastage, and rejects, and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate worker performance and current practices for efficiency gains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science or Post Graduate Qualification in Work study from a reputed university or a professional Institute.
• 1-2 years of experience in a productivity-focused work environment is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings effectively.
• Age below 30 years.
