CLUSTER MANAGER

The selected candidate should have experience in managing 5 to 8 retail stores. They will be accountable for achieving key objectives related to people, revenue, profitability, product availability, and customer service across all assigned outlets. The Cluster Manager is expected to inspire and motivate team members while fostering a winning culture across the cluster. Additionally, the candidate must ensure that high operational and commercial standards are consistently maintained across all assigned stores.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the retail industry (e.g: supermarkets, fashion stores, pharmacies, or food cities), including hands-on experience in managing at least 3 teams.
• A Degree in Business Management or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Good analytical skills and competent in MS office suite and systematized environment.
