What you need to do

  • Prepare the job advert and post it on the internal platform and on external digital platforms.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
  • Overlooking the benefits given to staff (eg: Insurance, Mobile phones etc).
  • Maintain accurate employee records on the system and personal files.
  • Organize employee engagement events to enhance team bonding.

What you need

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Professional Qualification in Human Resources from CIPM.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in the Automotive industry would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
