We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Audit Executive to join our esteemed Internal Audit Team at a plantation company located in Ragama. You will be responsible for evaluating financial records, conducting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, identifying discrepancies, and providing recommendations to strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to regulations.

EXECUTIVE - INTERNAL AUDIT

Duties & Requirements

• Develop and manage audit strategy to meet company goals and objectives.
• Identify and assess financial and operational risks of the company.
• Oversee audit process to meet industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports of findings and recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management.
• Liaise with other Departments and ensure the corrective actions/audit recommendations are implemented on time.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards, policies and procedures.

Preferably a resident around Ragama, aged between 25 and 35.
