JOB PROFILE

  • Managing inbound calls in timely manner.
  • Maintaining recovery client base
  • Clarifying and escalating customer issues to relevant parties
  • Maintaining recovery follow-up data base

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum of 01 to 02 years’ experience in similar capacity (particularly in the financial sector, will be advantageous)
