We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual for the below positions
Job Title
- Supervisor, Country Operations
- Senior Coordinator, Country Operations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals.
- Supervise all activities in the assigned division/LOBs - includes overseeing and monitoring purchases required for the necessary daily operations.
- Monitor quality of daily operational activities; introduce interventions to address non-conformance.
- Assist in managing the operational risks in the assigned division/LOBs.
- Identify areas of improvement in operations and provide recommendations; simplify and streamline to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies; execute approved changes.
- Monitor, report & improve performance of the warehouse operation.
- Plan & Work closely with warehouse team to arrange resources for inbound / outbound shipments.
- Conduct periodic audits (compliance, Safety and security), work towards improving service quality of the operation.
Key Competencies & Education Qualifications
- A Degree or a Diploma in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Successful completion of GCE A/L examination & Possess “Credit” passes for English & Mathematics in GCE O/L examination
- Proficient in handling computer software packages (MS-office)
- Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
