Samadhi Lagoon Villa, a tranquil two-bedroom retreat rooted in yoga and meditation, invites you to be the heart of our guest experience.
YOUR ROLE:
- Maintain calm, well-run daily operations
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Prepare breakfast & coordinate meals with local partners
- Keep the villa pristine, peaceful, and guest-ready
- Support yoga/meditation sessions (no experience required)
- Be a steward of mindfulness, nature, and simplicity
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in hospitality or villa care (preferred)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- A lifestyle aligned with wellness & mindfulness
- Someone independent, organized, and grounded
- Based near Hikkaduwa or Galle (ideal)
- Non-smoking, non-alcoholic individuals preferred
