- Manage inbound & outbound calls, to ensure effective and efficient call handling services provided to internal & external customers by meeting the service level standards.
- Greeting customers/visitors with warm welcome & make them comfortable by providing required facilities and etc.
Eligibility Requirement
- Passed G.C.E O/L & A/L.
- Excellent command in English Language.
- Female candidates only.
- Age below 30 years.
Fresher’s are also welcome.
