ADMIN ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and maintain service records for all company vehicles.
  • Obtain and renew vehicle licenses, insurance, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate accident repairs and liaise with service centers and insurance providers.
  • Maintain vehicle running charts/logbooks including mileage, fuel, and maintenance data.
  • Track and schedule regular service and inspections.
  • Prepare periodic reports on vehicle usage and expenses.
  • Support general administrative duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance coordination or fleet management.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
