ADMIN ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain service records for all company vehicles.
- Obtain and renew vehicle licenses, insurance, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate accident repairs and liaise with service centers and insurance providers.
- Maintain vehicle running charts/logbooks including mileage, fuel, and maintenance data.
- Track and schedule regular service and inspections.
- Prepare periodic reports on vehicle usage and expenses.
- Support general administrative duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance coordination or fleet management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
