Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential across targeted industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to drive client engagement.
  • Work closely with operations and recruitment teams to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Previous experience in business development or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Experience in staffing, HR services, or service-based industries is an added advantage.
