Thus, we are seeking for an individual who can take challenges to soar the organization to the next level.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise overall operation of the branch
- Lead motivate and manage branch staff
- Develop sales plan and activities to achieve the set objectives and targets
- Ensure exceptional customer care and services
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when required
- Groom, train and mentor the subordinates to enhance their skills and develop their career in the organization
Candidate Profile
- Full or partial qualification of SLIM/CIM
- Degree/Diploma of sales management from a recognized institute or university
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and improve a high performing team
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- A proactive result driven approach to achieve the target of the branch
- Computer literacy
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the same capacity
