Sales Admin Officer/Executive (Kaduwela)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Coordinate & manage the scheduling of deliveries and pick ups in collaboration with sales & logistic team.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Handle & resolve administrative issues or discrepancies arising from daily depot operations.
- Follow up with Sales Representatives to ensure timely cash banking & cheque deposits.
- Monitor expenses, manage the depot budget, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is required for Executive Position.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the agriculture or FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Preferred Male candidates.
