Sales Admin Officer/Executive (Kaduwela)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Coordinate & manage the scheduling of deliveries and pick ups in collaboration with sales & logistic team.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Handle & resolve administrative issues or discrepancies arising from daily depot operations.
  • Follow up with Sales Representatives to ensure timely cash banking & cheque deposits.
  • Monitor expenses, manage the depot budget, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is required for Executive Position.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the agriculture or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Preferred Male candidates.
