Back Office Agent (System-Based Data Processing)

Location: Colombo

Join our team supporting the fast-growing online trading and gaming sectors! We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Processing Agent to accurately handle system-based data entry, verification, and reporting, ensuring smooth non-voice operations.

Job Description:

This role supports non-voice operations through accurate processing of system-based data. The agent will be responsible for data entry, verification, report generation, and routine administrative tasks for clients in the online trading and gaming sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update client information across internal systems
• Verify data accuracy and completeness as per SOPs
• Generate daily/weekly operational reports
• Support other teams with KYC, account updates, and back-end processes
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security compliance

Person Specification:

• Minimum G.C.E. A/L (Commerce, IT, or Maths stream preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and system dashboards
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in structured processes
• Prior experience in data processing or administrative BPO roles is a plus
