Lead/ Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer – Test Automation
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead/Senior SQA Engineer – Test Automation to design, build, and scale test automation frameworks and drive quality across all stages of the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Selenium with Java, strong knowledge of CI/CD processes, and a deep understanding of Agile practices.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Testing with a focus on Test Automation.
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
- Experience designing test scenarios, writing and executing test cases, and analyzing test results.
- Proficient in Git for version control.
- Strong reporting skills using JIRA, QA Complete, or MF ALM.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Experience in preparing Test Summary Reports and reviewing automation results for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java.
- Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to ensure fast feedback loops.
