A Dubai-based Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy services company is seeking a Pre-Contract Manager and Cost Managers for their Sri Lankan branch at Yakkala.
Hiring a Pre-Contract Manager
Requirements:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-contract work within a consultancy organisation, or a similar qualification.
- Experience in managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Strong planning skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of standard methods of measurement (NRM, POMI, QSMM, CESMM etc.).
- Expertise in Cost X, Planswift, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Hiring Cost Managers
Requirements:
- BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-contract work within a consultancy organisation.
- Experience in taking off quantities for Civil/MEP.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of standard methods of measurement (NRM, POMI, QSMM, CESMM etc.).
- Expertise in Cost X, Planswift is a must.
