As we enter an exciting phase of growth and operational transformation, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our core operational functions and drive continuous improvement across our logistics, warehousing, and fleet management operations.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Senior Management Team, the Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing daily operations and enabling scalable growth. This role is supported by a Storekeeper and a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor and is central to ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective distribution of our products across the island.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Operations: Take full ownership of daily logistics, warehouse management, and fleet operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment across the country.
- Warehouse & Inventory Optimization: Oversee warehousing systems, inventory accuracy, and space utilization; implement best practices for stock control, receiving, dispatching, and storage.
- Fleet Management: Manage the maintenance, scheduling, and performance of the company’s delivery fleet in collaboration with the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to ensure optimal uptime and delivery reliability.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives in workflows, operational procedures, and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Systems & Reporting: Strengthen data-driven decision-making through robust operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards across all operational areas, including warehouse and fleet operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, finance, and customer service teams to align operational strategies with broader business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and develop warehouse and logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.
- Vendor & 3rd Party Logistic Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transport partners, ensuring service levels and delivery standards are consistently met.
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain roles.
- Qualification Flexibility: A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred (MBA or certifications in Lean/Six Sigma are a plus); however, candidates with extensive operational experience (8–10 years) may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
