DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive “Software systems” sales across target markets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with key retail clients, building and maintaining a robust client base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the unique features, benefits, and cost-effectiveness of Sri Lions’s software systems and tailored retail solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and customer support teams, to ensure seamless deployment, troubleshoot issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies, ensuring Sri Lions remains a preferred choice in retail technology.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business opportunities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the retail technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and influence decision-making.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while adeptly managing client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking ability to recognize business opportunities, paired with a hands-on approach to implement sales tactics.
