Cook / Junior Chef
Villa 46 is looking for a person who is passionate about food and who can take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the management team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities.
- Be able to study recipes, prepare and deliver a full meal.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices and willing to work extended hours.
- Coordinate with management team on purchasing, supply ordering and etc.
- Ensure that the kitchen activities operate in a timely manner whilst maintaining quality, standards in food preparations & presentation and to maintain cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safe and secure protocols in place.
Qualifications Required.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in similar capacity.
- Prior experience in boutique hotels will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication & time management skills.
