HIRING
FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
(Location : Welisara)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct direct sale of Products and Engineering sales:
- Prospective buyers
- Existing generator users
- Architects, consultants, owners, and contractors involved in new construction projects
- Selling spare parts and other accessories
- Construction of canopies
PROMOTE AND SELL
- Portable generators ranging from 5–2250 KVA
- Power generation, transmission, and distribution system designs requiring electrical and mechanical engineering inputs
- Educate clients on the benefits and technical aspects of our products
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities and support business growth initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the power, construction, or engineering sectors
- Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing Management
- Strong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Must own and be able to travel using a motorbike as part of daily operational duties
