HIRING

FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

(Location : Welisara)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct direct sale of Products and Engineering sales:

  • Prospective buyers
  • Existing generator users
  • Architects, consultants, owners, and contractors involved in new construction projects
  • Selling spare parts and other accessories
  • Construction of canopies

PROMOTE AND SELL

  • Portable generators ranging from 5–2250 KVA
  • Power generation, transmission, and distribution system designs requiring electrical and mechanical engineering inputs
  • Educate clients on the benefits and technical aspects of our products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new market opportunities and support business growth initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the power, construction, or engineering sectors
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing Management
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Must own and be able to travel using a motorbike as part of daily operational duties
