Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination
- Drive business development and specification services through strategic project mapping and effective handling of incoming enquiries
- Submit project specifications within defined timelines and follow up consistently to ensure successful project implementation
- Introduce the complete portfolio of company products to clients, architects, and contractors, fostering strong relationships and product awareness
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and solution-oriented selling
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager for performance tracking and strategic planning
Requirements
- Age below 35 Years
- Degree or equivalent professional Qualification in Business Management or a relevant field
- Minimum 02 years and above proven experience in a similar role or from an architectural firm with design & specification background
- Good relationship with Architects, Contractors, Interior designers will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
- Possess good interpersonal and strong PR skills
- Self-motivated, proactive & good team player
- Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
