Lanka Bio Fertilizers (Pvt) Ltd, one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of Hybrid Pellet Fertilizers, NPK Compound Fertilizers, and Biofertilizers in Sri Lanka, continues to play a vital role in transforming the country’s agricultural landscape.

With a strong presence under well-established brand names such as ‘MCI’, ‘TopCrop’, ‘BSP’, and ‘Biofilm’, the company is expanding its operations in response to growing market demand.

We are now seeking young, dynamic, and results-driven individuals to join our team in the following position:

Agriculture – Extension Officers

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• A Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
• Below 35 years of age
• Be prepared to travel extensively and be willing to work long hours
• A valid motorcycle license
• Basic computer literacy
• Prior experience in field extension work in the agricultural sector will be an added advantage

Vacancies are available in Kurunegala, Matale, Anuradhapura, Dehiattakandiya (Mahaweli System C) and Northern Province.

The right candidates with good agricultural knowledge and experience will be offered an attractive salary and an exceptionally high incentive package. They will also be entitled to a company-maintained motorcycle together with a travel allowance & modern communication facilities.

An attractive remuneration will be offered to the selected candidate.
