ROLE OVERVIEW
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Surya Luxury Resort as a hub for weddings, corporate events, day outs, dining, entertainment, and hospitality, ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and outdoor channels. Responsibilities include managing integrated marketing campaigns, driving online engagement through digital strategies, conducting market research, and building partnerships with media and influencers. Additionally, you will oversee the marketing budget and coordinate promotional efforts for events and special offerings.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field along with professional qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager with a focus on revenue generation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in hotel industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of Banquet Function Plans in order to gather all guest requirements and communicate to relevant departments.
- Assist the department to maximize revenue by generating sales leads and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide efficient services, complying to guest requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive direct revenue through the brand website.
- Manage and optimize search engine visibility and traffic.
- Conduct research and optimize website content for improved rankings.
- Design and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to increase bookings.
- Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
