Post of Branch Managers

• Sound educational background with Advanced Level. Having professional qualifications in marketing / insurance from a recognized institution will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivational ability to work for well-being of sales staff
• Should be able to manage the entire branch operation including the sales target
• Age should not be more than 50 years

• Giriulla, Melsiripura, Pilimathalawa, Ampara, Serunuwura, Kalmunie, City Office, Negombo, Nittambuwa, Avissawella, Kaluthara, Nuggegoda, Ehelayagoda, Ruwanwella, Godakawela, Kuruwita, Rathnapura, Ambalangoda, Ambalanthota, Galle, Matara, Manipay, Nelliadi, Chavakachcheri.

Please note that those who wish to apply for Branch Manager positions should mention the preferred branch.

Post of Regional Managers

Homagama Region and Southern Region

• Sound educational background preferably with professional qualifications in marketing / insurance from a recognized institution
• Strong Leadership, Motivational, Communicational and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of proven track record in a similar capacity
