EXECUTIVE – PAYROLL AND HR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain employee data and records in the HRIS, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle EPF, ETF, PAYE, and other statutory contributions and ensure timely submissions.
  • Generate payroll reports and analytics for management and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with Finance departments for payroll-related reconciliations.
  • Manage attendance and leave records using the HRIS and ensure integration with payroll.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personal information.
  • Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and user support for the HRIS.
  • Stay updated on labor regulations and payroll-related compliance changes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Age below 35 years.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A professional qualification in payroll or HRIS management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing with hands-on experience in HRIS (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of statutory payroll requirements and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
