Procurement Executive / Procurement Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and support purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing materials, spare parts, and services in accordance with company policies.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock monitoring, and timely replenishment.
  • Support audits and management reporting related to procurement activities.
  • Proficient in procurement processes, documentation, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
