Operations Manager
Euro Motors (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Manager.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent operational management capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and improve operational processes, policies, and performance standards.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
- Handle operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations management or a similar managerial role.
- Professional qualifications in CIMA, Management, Marketing, or a related field will be ideal.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational functions effectively.
- Good knowledge of operational planning, reporting, and business management practices.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
