Come join our team as an Intern – Human Resources Employee Support Centre - Kadawathа
What you need to do
- Screen candidate applications in line with the job specification.
- Schedule interviews, fill interview reports and conduct reference checks.
- Maintain the CV database system end-to-end.
- Assist with pre and post hiring activities, including employee documentation.
- Learn the recruitment process and stay up to date with any changes.
- Build proactive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in and support external recruitment campaigns and conduct follow-ups.
What you need
- Completion of a Certificate level HRM Qualification/ currently pursuing a Diploma or Equivalent Qualification in HRM.
- Prior experience in a similar capacity is an added advantage.
- A friendly disposition towards dealing with people.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil speaking will be an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel for outstation recruitment assignments.
