HR EXECUTIVE PAYROLL
American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka's bottled water industry & a market leader in the FMCG sector in Sri Lanka with a staff strength of over 1200, with an extended reach across Logistics & SCM, Construction, Polymer Packaging sectors within Sri Lanka as well as other Asian markets, is looking for Senior Executive HR Payroll for immediate employment. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, highly motivated, and results oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Role
- Process employee payroll on a monthly basis in hSenid payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collect, verify, and input timekeeping data (e.g., attendance, overtime, leave, and job code allocation on a daily basis).
- Maintain and update employee records including bank details, salary components, and deductions.
- Manage payroll-related entries for new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on salary changes, incentives, and deductions.
- Generate and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and payroll reports.
- Handle final settlements, experience letters, and full and final payment coordination.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and pay slips.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Support the annual audit and statutory reporting processes related to payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must have 2 years of experience in payroll processing in hSenid HR system.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced knowledge in MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
