Requirements:
- Languages: English & Sinhala / Tamil.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
