INTERN - HUMAN RESOURCES

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment coordination, posting job advertisements, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including responding to employee inquiries and preparing HR documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and any additional tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Person Specifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Qualification in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle information with confidentiality.
