Associate Software Engineers

We are looking for smart, dedicated and enthusiastic graduate IT software professionals to join our team on a full-time basis. For those candidates nearing their last stages of degree may also apply.

You will be working for an Australian, Singapore and Dubai based Software Company building digital solutions for insurance, document management and gaming.

This role will be based in Colombo but with some travel to Asia Pacific. If you interested in working for a great company with work@home flexibility and have a positive can do attitude we are interested in talking to you.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Excellent grades in your IT degree course
• C# and .NET skills
• AI related technologies –
  • Python,
  • LLMs,
  • Machine and Deep Learning such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn
  • Generative AI techniques such as RAG
• Work in a self-managed manner
• Good written and verbal skills in English
• Maintain a strong customer service focus
• A can-do attitude
• A high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn
