This position requires driving total corporate hotel sales, by focusing and managing key accounts and prospects, maintaining the integrity of the customer base, generating room nights and revenue in line with hotel objectives.
Sales manager - Corporate directly supports the hotel’s corporate sales strategy, focusing on room revenue growth through strong corporate account management, forecasting, and performance tracking. This role requires driving client engagement, and delivering exceptional service through cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will develop and execute the annual sales and marketing plan with the Director of Sales, support digital and media initiatives, including AI and business intelligence platforms and leverage data insights for commercial success. A strong focus on relationship management, brand positioning, and market leadership is essential, along with the ability to align all efforts with the hotel's revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
Proven experience in hotel sales leadership, preferably in a luxury or five-star property, with a strong track record in room revenue generation. In-depth knowledge of rooms business, including channels and key contacts, with proven expertise in pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and delivery.
