WE’RE HIRING Administrative Officer

Join our dynamic team and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a motivated and efficient Administration Assistant to provide administrative support, coordinate office activities, and assist management in day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update contractors’ databases and coordinate with third-party service providers.
  • Monitor shift workers and ensure contractor services are performed efficiently.
  • Identify and coordinate resolution of telecom and facility-related issues with approvals.
  • Follow up on service agreements, renewals, and maintenance or repair estimates.
  • Prepare administrative reports and support management with operational updates.
  • Oversee office operations, meeting room scheduling, cleanliness, and basic facility maintenance.

Required Qualification

  • A Diploma or degree in Business Administration.
  • Strong follow up and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Analytical skill, Proficient in MS Office, communication skill, Planning & Analysis.

Required Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in similar field.
