EXECUTIVE CENTRE FUNCTION & TELEMARKETING (COLOMBO)

We are looking for young, dynamic, and motivated individuals to join our Centre Function / Telemarketing team at our Head Office in Colombo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming inquiries via the ANC hotline with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support and coordinate with the sales team to achieve lead targets.
• Assist in preparing sales & marketing reports.
• Monitor, update, and report on lead quality to the Manager on a daily/weekly basis.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including SMS and e-flyer campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Front Desk team and provide administrative support as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate/HND in Business or Marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Age below 30.
