CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (PERODUA)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales and team development? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our branch operations. This Individual will be responsible for the overall operations, including sales, administration and all related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the overall operations of the Perodua branches & dealer network, ensuring efficient sales performance and smooth administrative processes.
• Maintain branches and dealer branding as per guidelines.
• Develop and implement channel strategies.
• Identify new channel opportunities.
• Appoint, manage and evaluate dealers.
• Drive channel wise sales target.
• Track competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Full or partial qualification in CIM/SLIM.
• Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing/Administration from a recognized institution, or relevant work-related courses of local or international acclaim would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 03 - 04 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• A proactive, results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
