Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics
- Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Analyze supply chain data and generate reports for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Lead and guide the stores and logistics team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics (preferably in a similar role)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
